General Guidelines

  • Cut-Off Time: The cut-off time for withdrawal requests is 05:00 EAT. Requests submitted before this time will be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • IC Markets (KE) Fees: IC Markets (KE) does not charge additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, you may incur fees from international banking institutions, especially when using bank transfers or credit/debit cards. IC Markets (KE) is not responsible for these additional charges.
  • Third-Party Payments: IC Markets (KE) does not process payments to third parties. All withdrawal requests must be to a bank account or other payment option account in your name.
  • Joint Accounts: Payments to joint bank accounts or credit/debit cards are accepted if the trading account holder is one of the parties on the account/card.

Bank Transfers Withdrawals

  • For your first bank transfer withdrawal, a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account is required.
  • Once processed, local bank transfers may take 1-2 business days and international bank transfers may take 2-14 business days to reach your bank account.
  • IC Markets (KE) does not charge any fees during the processing of your request.

Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed as refunds of the initially deposited amount.
  • Funds may take 3-5 business days to reach your credit/debit card account, although in rare cases, it can extend to up to 10 business days depending on the beneficiary bank.
  • If withdrawing an amount exceeding the deposited sum, an alternative payment option used for deposits, or a bank transfer must be utilized.
  • If your card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or cancelled, a letter from the card-issuing bank confirming the card's inactivity or other relevant documentation is required.
  • IC Markets (KE) does not charge any fees during the processing of your request.
